About us
We are a personal shopping service provided by a couple who have years of experience in handling high end exclusive products. We started our services in June 2020 initially on Depop and have expanded on Instagram. We bring to you our website which gives our customers the opportunity to have a personal shopper experience on various products we can source. Many of our products which are listed have been pre sourced due to demand. However, if you want an item which is not listed on our website please message us on Instagram or Email. We will source the exclusive product you want within 7-14 days!
Authenticity
All our items are 100% authentic. Our in house team checks all items ordered and sourced by hand to ensure quality and authenticity. We believe our customer service is personal and adhered to suit our clients’ needs.
Sourced on demand & Pre-order items
If an items states on description it is a pre-order or sourced on demand. This item will be sourced, as in found via one of our team members from our trusted network of resellers/suppliers/selling platforms. The item will be received in hand by our team and checked for authenticity before being released to our clients. We do not sell or promote fakes! All the items sold with sourced on demand description are authentic and we are entirely a personal shopper helping you find the item authentic on the reseller market for a competitive price.
Shipping
We aim to process all orders which are in hand between 1-3 days. Sourced items will take in between 7-14 days. Our pricing for items includes free UK shipping.
Shipping abroad
We are based in London, United Kingdom however we ship worldwide! Customers abroad please contact us via Instagram for shipping prices which are not listed on our site. The time period in which shipping abroad will take varies on location.
International buyers may receive a customs charge. Icekickz LTD is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in additional charges and the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost.
Sourcing
If there is an item you desire which is not listed on our website please send us a message via Instagram. Include an image of the item with the UK/EU size. Our dedicated team will reach out in 24 hours with pricing.
Collection & Drop off
If you are based in London we can arrange a collection or drop off. Please message through Instagram DM to arrange an appointment. The availability of this service will depend therefore contact us to confirm status.
Yeezy sizing
When purchasing Yeezy’s we advise our customers research for sizing. Yeezy trainers are small fit, they are recommending half size up from Adidas website. We recommend our customers to buy yeezys half size up from their standard size.
Jordan 1 sizing
Jordan 1 trainers are true to size. We recommend our customers to purchase Nike Jordan’s in their standard sizing.
